Owl Advocacy is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities and their families confidently navigate the world of special education and community resources. We work with individuals, families, caregivers, schools, and community groups so everyone gets the services and supports they need to succeed.
Our Specialties:
School Based services through IEP/504 supports including document review, meeting support and attendance
Home Based services through parent coaching including IEP/504 education and training, in-home plan development and training
Community Based services though supporting the navigation of regional center and transition planning

Director of Owl Advocacy
With nearly 20 years of experience, Jen Larson leads our dedicated team at Owl Advocacy with an understanding of the complexities of special education like few others. As both a Special Education Professional and a parent of children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), she brings a unique perspective into every conversation.
Through her consulting work, she partners with school teams, families, and service providers to design comprehensive, person-centered transition plans, strengthen IEP development, and ensure services align with best practices and legal standards. Her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach is grounded in real-world application, helping teams move from basic compliance to truly impactful programming.
Jen is committed to empowering educators and families with the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to support individuals in building fulfilling, self-directed lives beyond the school system.
